Complaints Proceedure

If you have a complaint, please follow these steps:

• Speak to your Infinity Yachting agent
  Firstly, try to contact your agent to resolve the problem.
  Email is the preferred communication; therefore, please use the usual contact email address.
• Contact the Director
  If you don’t feel comfortable discussing the issue directly with your agent, or if you are not satisfied with the response, please contact Peta Wallace-Harrison, the

If you still feel your complaint is unresolved you should contact a competent authority for further advice.
