Our Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions as per this report is applicable to all business undertaken by Infinity Yachting Pty Ltd,

Please ensure you read and understand the following terms and conditions thoroughly prior to registering or using the Infinity website. Once you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, you must tick the relevant box stating such, otherwise you will not be permitted to continue the registration though the Infinity website.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the following terms shall be used;

Infinity = Infinity Yachting Pty Ltd is referred to as the “Infinity” and is a Australian registered company limited by shares located at 12 Bage St, Nundah, Qld, Australia, 4012.

Employer = The Client, Yacht, Management Provider, and all agents acting on behalf of, shall be referred to as the “Employer”

Candidate = The potential employee, applicant, person seeking employment shall be referred to as the “candidate”.

If Infinity is required to alter these Terms and Conditions, then the candidates will be contacted to ensure they accept the changes.

Infinity does not charge Candidates any fees for the use of our services.

Infinity is not an employer. Infinity is a yacht crew agency that introduces Candidates to Employer’s. Infinity does not provide manning services.

Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), 2006 and the Candidates Rights and Obligations

Minimum Age – all seafarers must be over the age of 16, with restrictions applied to all seafarers aged between the ages of 16 – 18.

All candidates must provide proof of age to register with Infinity.
Medical Certificate – Seafarers shall not work on a ship unless they are certified as medically fit to perform their duties.

All candidates must provide an original copy of a national statutory seafarer medical certificate (ENG1) to Infinity to register with Infinity.

Training and Qualifications – Seafarers shall not work on a ship unless they are trained or certified as competent or otherwise qualified to perform their duties and have successfully completed training for personal safety on board ship.

All candidates must provide an original copy of relevant certificates to Infinity.

Infinity does not charge fees or other charges to the seafarer, however some fees may be incurred to the seafarer in the process of gaining employment when completing medical certificates, safety training, passports, seaman’s book etc.

All fees payable to Infinity for services rendered will be borne to the employer.
Infinity does not operate any blacklist.

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that your personal information as entered into the Infinity register is accurate and up to date.

The candidate agrees that all information entered into the Candidate register, including the curriculum vitae (CV) and certification is true, correct and an accurate summary of the Candidates education, employment and qualifications.

The candidate must provide copies of all certificates and documents to Infinity and permit Infinity to complete all necessary checks to verify the authenticity and validity with the issuing training provider or national agency.

The candidate must provide Infinity with a copy of written references and accept that Infinity may contact referees.

The candidate must accept that a security and police check may be required to be eligible for some employment opportunities and not impede this process.

The candidate must accept that a drug and or alcohol test may be required to be eligible for some employment opportunities, and will not impede this process.
Infinity reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the candidate profile if it is discovered any false of misleading information within.

Infinity will inform the candidate to the best of their ability the salary, leave entitlements and benefits associated with prospective employment opportunities. All seafarers are entitled to an employment contract and it is important that all candidates have the opportunity to examine and seek advice pertaining to their employment agreement upon joining a vessel.

All registered users / candidates agree to the transfer or your personal information to Third Parties, these may include;
External contracted staff assisting Infinity in our normal business operations, such as processing payments or the transfer, storage and processing of your “information”.
If a third party purchases Infinity Yachting or its assets, then your personal “information” may be one of the transferred assets.
Organizations requiring the transfer of your “information” for legal requirements such as fraud detection.
The Candidate agrees to and provides unconditional consent to provide the Candidate profile, including without limitation, the relevant CV, to any and all potential

If the candidate wishes to have the relevant cv and profile permanently removed from our database, they may do so by writing by email to the address provided in our website.

Infinity agree to use reasonable endeavors to prevent the Candidates personal information from being accessed by parties other than us, and potential employer’s. If, despite the best efforts of Infinity, this information is accessed by a third party, the Candidate releases Infinity from any loss or inconvenience that may be suffered in consequence or such unauthorized access and from any other consequences thereof however caused.

In no circumstances will Infinity be liable for any loss of profits, your failure to secure employment, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of contract, loss of or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential and/or punitive damages, arising in consequence of your Candidate profile or otherwise in consequence of your breach of any of your obligations under these Terms.

TEMP Chief Stewardess for 70m+ MY Freelance

Temporary Chief Stewardess for 70m+ Private Motor Yacht.

Infinity Yachting require a temporary Chief Stewardess for a Private 70m+ Motor Yacht.

Ideally joining as soon as possible, you will be required to ensure the boat is ready for an Owners trip which will see you through until end of March.

We are looking for a strong, confident and outgoing Chief Stewardess with at least 2 years as a Chief Stewardess on a 50m+ MY. You must be a well-organised individual with exceptional communication skills, as you will be required to hit the ground running with an Interior of 5, ranging from green to experienced.

This is purely a Chief Stewardess role. There is a Purser on board to see to all Guest requirements and administrative duties.

Must have B1/B2 as will be joining in the Caribbean

Proficiency in Security Awareness

Foundation Food Safety certificate

Preferably 4+ years experience in a similar role
